11.7.18 Sports Afternoon
Wednesday 11th July - Winterbourne Sports Afternoon
Ms Moore organised another fabulous sports afternoon, the sun was hot, but the children were amazing!
The children all walked out to the 'Three Lions' anthem in honour of the big England game that evening. Then in true Winterbourne style we held our opening ceremony to 'I'm still standing' by Elton John.
The afternoon consisted of Ms Moores famous cross country race, howler throwing, hurdles and sprints. The pre-schoolers even had their moment on the running track and of course mums and dads were not left out either, with a howler throw challenge!
The children were all fantastic and a lovely cold ice lolly finished off a successful afternoon of fun and sport!
