First week back and all the children have settled in well. Through role play and sand they have had opportunities to play and experiment by themselves and with others. We made gingerbread men out of playdough which then led us on to reading 'The Gingerbread Man' story. The rhyming and repetition of the book helps children to recognise rhyming words. Using the painting easel for imaginative painting children produced lots of 'Master pieces'.
