Happy New Year !
Happy New Year and welcome back to you all! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are rested and ready for the spring term.
This week in literacy we started by doing some drama in the hall. We split into small groups and had to act out a scene .Our story began with a class going on a school trip, however the weather changed and the snow came and the class were stuck in the snow. Each group had to then think about and act out the rest of the story. The story had to consist of a build up, a problem and a resolution. Once we had the story in our heads we were able to transfer this into writing in our First of the Month books.
Also this week Mrs Trevorow from DASP Music came in to begin to help us to practise our singing ready for th DASP concert which will be happening in the next couple of months (more details to follow!)
