Jungle Animal Masks 25.01.16
Showing the children pictures of animals, and asking them to name small world animals the children then chose an animal mask to make, talking about the patterns on the animals such as stripes and spots. We then had an animal parade so that all of the children got to wear their masks and to see each others creations. Introducing children to the photocopier they printed up their picture created on the computer. Supporting children's excursions into imaginary world the Doctor's set was used to stimulate their interest and experiences.
