Finishing off our topic 'Marvellous Me' the children experimented with paint using their fingers and made different coloured prints. This activity encouraged the children to notice and be interested in the effects of making movements which leave marks. 

We had a lovely visit from a 'Story-teller' who invited the children to join in with the story by touching the 'feely bits' and counting objects. 

One of the days turned out to be rather wet. We talked and watched the rain and our conversation inevitably turned to 'Incy Wincy Spider'. So following the children's interest we played the 'Incy Wincy Spider' game.

Our topic when we return is 'Celebrations'.
