For maths with Mrs Austin this we have been focusing on the 4 times table. In Literacy with Mrs Austin we have been reading the invention of Hugo cabret. In PE on Wednesday we are doing floor gymnastics and in Friday’s PE we are doing the dance pattycake ponga yu! We are practicing different shading techniques in art like stippling and squirkling. In music we have been learning the note B and the song B groovy on our recorders, we should all have a practise at home too before next week. With Miss Darby in maths we have been focusing on splitting into equal groups as part of our work on fractions. During reading vipers with Miss Darby we watched a video called Before Sunrise and had a class discussion about it. In RE this half term we are beginning a new topic about Judaism. We are continuing to learn about Sound in our science lessons and we did some fun activities on Friday afternoon!
