Planting Potatoes
Today Eco Warriors planted the potatoes which have been busy chitting over the Easter holidays. Last year we had a very successful crop so are hoping for the same this year. The children filled the sacks half full of soil and planted 3 potatoes in each one before covering them. Fingers crossed with sunshine and water, the first green leaves will appear in a few weeks time.
