Regrowing vegetables 25.09.16
This week we chose carrots to use for our science experiment. To develop an understanding of growth, decay and changes over time we put the carrot tops in water to see if they grow. We placed them near the door, visible to the children so that they can monitor any changes.
At circle time we played Kim's game. The children took turns guessing which fruit I had removed.
Using sponges and white paint the children made the background paper ready for the display board.
Deciding to go on a train journey the children used their imagination pretending aprons were seat belts. They went to London to see the queen, big ben, and the big wheel.
