Week 8
Our Story of the week was Somebody Swallowed Stanley. This week the children made jellyfish using recycled strips of plastic bags. We looked at photos of different types of jellyfish and had a go at drawing them and painting them using water colours. The children enjoyed mark making in foam using their fingers and other tools. We practised counting objects up to 5, then ordering numbers from 0-5, then 0-10. We also sorted pebbles into groups according to their colour grey, black, white or brown.
