Week 12

These last few months have been a very strange time for everyone, but I am full of admiration for the way all of the children in Dolphin Class and their families are coping. It has been wonderful to have our Year 1s back in school and to see so many of the Year 2s in the key worker bubble.  I do feel sad not to be able to say a 'proper' goodbye to the the year 2s. (I think I owe you all an ice lolly!) We have been together for 3 years and I really will miss all of you as you move into Sharks Class in September.  I am very much looking forward to seeing all of the Year 1s again in September though and am relying on them to help me welcome our new children into Dolphin Class.

Our final week has been as busy as ever with the children writing some great underwater adventure stories, completing lots of maths calculations and creating with watercolours. They also had their own class sports day.

Below is a document with lots of learning ideas to keep you busy and your brain active over the summer. Try to complete at least two or three of them.

I do hope you all have a very happy and healthy summer with lots of exciting adventures! I'm looking forward to hearing all about them in September.

Take care.
