Litter pick and potatoes
This weeks Eco school focus was to conduct a litter pick around the school grounds and to harvest our potatoes from last year.
The children's eagle eyes picked up some potentially dangerous pieces of litter that could have harmed our wildlife including small pieces of netting and tin foil.
We harvested a great crop of potatoes and the children carefully picked out the worms from the sacks to put back into our vegetable beds.
