Week 3
WELCOME TO THE BLOG!
This week in Literacy we have been doing some independent writing about ‘The Lighthouse’ which we have been looking at for the last couple of weeks.
In maths with Mrs Austin we are still looking at place value and this week we looked at partitioning numbers, using part, part whole models.
In Mrs Pearce maths we are looking at measurement, year 3’s focused on equivalent measurement and year 4’s looked at perimeter.
We also did reading vipers, art, topic and PE as well as preparing for the harvest assembly which will happen in the school hall next Friday 29th September at 9am (Everyone is welcome!)
