Week 3
This week we have been sharing the story called 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'. The children have had a super time painting fruit and characters from the Very Hungry Caterpillar Story then using these they were able to order the story.
The children have been thinking about which foods are healthy and unhealthy and sorting them into different groups.
We have been practising our turn taking skills posting food into the Caterpillars mouth - He has proved to be a Very Hungry Caterpillar!
The children enjoyed combining red and green playdough together to make caterpillar faces. There has been lots of lovely mark making going on too this week where the children have been keen to draw mini beasts and practice their letter formation.
