What an incredibly exciting week at Winterbourne Valley! The children put on an amazing Christmas Carol service, it was so well attended and I think everyone there had plenty of positive comments to make about the children's performances. Such confident, clear speaking and Sharks class really can sing! We were very proud of them all.

 

We learned about the general election on Thursday as well, and were very lucky to be able to take a look at the polling station in the school hall. A great opportunity to encourage our future generation to excercise their democratic right, in the not-so-distant future!

 

Today was Christmas jumper day and Father Christmas made a surprise visit in his army helicopter!!! It's the most exciting moment of my career to date....I think the children enjoyed it too!
