We hope you all enjoyed your weekend and managed to get out and see the signs of summer that are all around. The number of butterflies fluttering about definitely seems to be increasing. How many have you seen? Lots of you managed to get out and pick some elder flowers for your elder flower cordial recipes last week! A real taste of summer!
