This week we got stuck into our new Science topic on States of Matter. We looked at solid and liquid material and came up with our own criteria to differentiate between the two. The children made their own little science “films” to perform in front of the class, you can view one of these films in the "video resource centre" section of this website, (under the "Children" tab).

 

Next week we’ll be investigating gases.

 

In art, we have started on our paintings in the style of George Morland which fits in with our Coast topic. Having done the initial drawing activity, we’ll be moving onto painting soon.

 

 

 

 

Miss Darby is super happy to be fit for work! It’s been great to get back to Sharks Class and Thursday lunchtime’s games club is back, with plenty of creativity and fun!
