12.6.17. Bikeathon and Den Day
​​​​​​On Tuesday 13th June Mr Levi Daley came into school to organise a whole school bikeathon. It was so much fun and the Dolphin Class managed to complete 16 miles between them - WOW!!! This is definitely something that we would like to do again.
On Tuesday afternoon Mrs Foot came into school to show us their baby chick and duckling. They were so cute and the children really enjoyed seeing them and asking questions about them. They especially enjoyed trying the Foot's home made cheese, it was YUMMY!
On Friday 16th June Ms Braidwood organised a brilliant 'Den day' to raise awareness and money for Save the Children. The children went out onto the school field in mixed ability groups and made some fantastic shelters demonstrating great team work. Earlier in the week Ms Braidwood had taken a collective worship and talked to the children about the fact that not everyone has a comfortable home to live in and that we could help raise money to help support the work of Save the Children.
