Week Beginning 11th May
Hello Sharks Class!
Looks like there may be exciting times ahead, having watched the news on phased reopenings of schools! Mrs Horne will be sending further information out on Monday about how this might look in practise. Until then, let’s concentrate on what’s been going on at home this week! It began as a quieter week on the email front, but picked up towards the end. Robin has sent lots of pictures of work that he has been doing over the past few weeks. There is a selection below, note the two fantastic Anglo-Saxon shields! There have been more bug hotels created and plenty of Anglo-Saxon projects too. Lorien has been writing in runes on real silver! He has also made himself a ring with his name on it. Mollie has created an Anglo-Saxon house, using her hot glue gun. George has been taking up some of the PE Challenges, including throwing socks into a basket...which clearly his dog loved! Elsa, Grace and Sophia have make a flock of swans between them, having listened to Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. Sophia has also been getting out and discovering nature, finding a very long and hairy caterpillar. Well done all! As ever, lovely to get your emails and see your smiling faces. It's supposed to be good weather next week, so make the most of that daily exercise and your gardens too.
Be safe, be kind, be happy,
Mis Darby and Mrs Austin
