Week 12
This week in our maths lessons we have been developing & securing our knowledge and understanding of the 2D & 3D shapes through different songs, activities & resources. The children's favourite activities were taking photographs of objects around the school & outside, then printing them to display in the classroom & making cubes using lollipop sticks and rolled spheres of playdough or blutac to join the sticks together. We also had a recap on our knowledge of AB, ABC, ABCD & ABCDD patterns, also using lots of different resources to enable the children to see patterns in different ways.
