Week 12 PSED - Life Education & Cherry’s Birthday Party
We were fortunate to receive a visit from the Life Education team who introduced the children to Harold the giraffe. He talked to the children about emotions and our bodies. They learnt about the importance of a good diet, drinking water, exercise and sleep. He also explained ways to help the children if they might be sad, angry or afraid. The children really enjoyed joining in with Harold's special song and dance.
We celebrated Cherry's 5th Birthday by making cards, bunting and hats for her party. The children enjoyed playing party games such as musical bumps, musical statues and pass the parcel. At the end of the party we all sang Happy Birthday to her and helped to blow out the candles on her cake, it was delicious!
