We have waited with eager anticipation to see if your potato crop would be as good this year as it was last year. Although we have watered them as best we can during the dry weather we weren't sure if we would have any. Thankfully on digging through the bags we discovered a plentiful crop of potatoes big and small. Not quite as many as last year but more than enough to add an extra side dish to our lunch. We harvested and washed the potatoes this week and cooked and ate them with our fish and chip lunch today. There was enough for Eco to share in their classes too. Delicious!
