Our school Eco Code has not been updated for over 6 years so our Eco Warriors decided it was time to do something about that.

This week we launced our new Eco Code in a special assembly and it is now displayed in each classroom for all the children to see.

Eco Warriors felt that a tree was the most appropriate symbol to show care for our environment and so we painted a large tree with the children's hand prints as leaves. We  then added further leaves to state what we want everyone to strive for:-

Tidy up your litter

Reduce, reuse and recycle

Everybody car for our environment

Eat healthy food

Save our wildlife

Which of course spells TREES.
