Climbing apparatus 13.03.17
Levi invited the Pre-school to take part in a P.E. session. He showed the children how to climb the different sections of the climbing frame. As the children got more confident Levi asked if they could balance in different ways on the apparatus. Finishing up the children pretended to be animals and slid like snakes through the holes, climed like cats, then even higher like monkeys.

Taking an interest in numerals the children used splats to identify the numbers on the bears. Helping each other the children called out the numbers up to 10. Playing games which relate to number helps children recognise some numberals of personal significance.
