Pancake day 27.02.17
Oh what fun we had. Using frying pans and pancakes the children loved racing across the playground. Moving freely and with pleasure and confidence in a range of ways they tried tossing the pancakes.
Joining in with family customs and routines we talked about pancake day and who had one and what they had on it.
World Book Day: Some children joined in with the schools Extreme Reading Challenge, sending in photos of different, exciting, fun and safe places where they have enjoyed reading their books. Lots of children came to school on Thursday dressed as their favourite book character. They all looked fantastic. To finish off the day we had great fun coming back to school in our PJ's to listen to some bedtime stories. After hot chocolate and cookies we were all ready for a good nights sleep.
