26.6.17. Releasing our butterflies
Eco club gave each class in the school some caterpillars to look after a few weeks ago. This week our caterpillars had changed into butterflies and were ready to be released back into the wild. Mrs Darby took the class up into the wildlife garden to release them.
This week was the last of our four hour long 'Colourstrings' sessions led by Jo Pires. This was for our year 1 children who joined with the reception and pre-school. They have learnt different songs and have listened and played musical instruments. It has been great fun.
