Week 3
Coronation Celebrations!
For the coronation we celebrated by having a party in our class. We invited reception and preschool over for squash and cakes. The year 4s sat with their reception buddies and the year 3 children had preschool buddies for the afternoon. We all made crowns, Union flags and paper chains to decorate the class. We made cup cakes and got to decorate them with sprinkles. The preschool and reception children had really colourful cupcakes. We were playing music during our party and at the end we sang along to the National Anthem, then the younger children presented a song that they had learnt for us. We all had so much fun, including the grown ups!
