Week 12
Our story of the week was Leaf. We had a go at sorting the animals into groups according to where they live - jungle, sea or farm. Using Unifix cubes, we measured the animals talking how long/tall/short they are and which is shortest/tallest/longest etc. The children had fun making duplo towers using the correct number of bricks to match each number. We practised throwing catching, kicking & bouncing different sized balls. The children enjoyed playing with Arctic small world, playing with ice cubes, gems, stones & animals etc.
