Week 5
This week we've started looking at food and farming, our topic book has been 'The Little Red Hen'. The children have been learning about sizes and the language used to talk about different sized objects. The children had lots of fun making their very own bread just like in the story, where they poured, mixed and kneaded the dough to form a ball. We have continued with our daily funky finger activities to help support the children's fine motor skills, this week they have had sticker peeling, puzzles and placing the shapes onto the hen.
