Do taller children have bigger feet?
This week in science, we have been asking the about inquiry question. Ask your child if they remember the steps used when working scientifically. These steps are asking a question, making a prediction, designing an experiment, recording results and coming to a conclusion. In other curriculum areas, the children have produced some fantastic work in their Monthly Writing books, Miss Darby and Mrs Austin were super proud of them, especially after such a long break away from school! Our Thursday and Friday maths is based on measure at the moment. The year 3 children could be encouraged to use rulers to measure at home, converting millimetres to centimetres and metres to centimetres. Here are our little superstars that got the Headteacher's award in our Friday class assembly this week. Well done!
