Wk 12 Easter activities

Exciting things occurred this week. With Easter being so close the children spent time, collecting eggs, hiding eggs, printing egg shapes, making cardboard Easter Bunnies, rolling balls into the Easter Bunny’s mouth, fingerprint chicks, and Easter egg hunt.

Much excitement was had when the grass cutters turned up on Monday, The children rushed outside to watch them as they rode up and down the field on their mowers, and took in the smell of the freshly cut grass.

Wednesday we were very lucky to be invited to climb aboard the fire engine parked in the school car park. All the children were very well behaved and we also got to squirt water from the Fireman’s hose pipe.

Other activities this week included going on holiday. I think some of the children may be packing their suitcases ready for a holiday over Easter.
